1. In the Tools menu
2. Internet Options - General tab
3. Temporary Internet Files: delete the files (memory and locally stored files)
4. Click the "Settings" button: "Check for newer versions of stored pages": Select: "Every visit to the page".

If necessary, click Refresh or Reload a few times, or press the F5 key.
